The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation EU 2025/40) is a binding European law that applies directly across all member states starting August 12, 2026, setting strict sustainability rules for the entire packaging lifecycle.
According to the regulations, all packaging materials and equipment used to protect, handle, and transport our products are sourced from suppliers who provide their own conformity declarations. Documentation is kept on file and available to our business partners upon request.
