The customer requires a low-friction cylinder for curd presses, which regularly come into contact with highly aggressive cleaning detergents. In standard cylinders, the cylinder head, piston rod, and rod seal are quickly and severely damaged as a result.

Cylinder heads and piston rod are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. A special grease nipple for maintenance is mounted on the cylinder head. A scraper made of H-PU is used, and the cylinders are lubricated with a low-friction grease approved for the food industry.
